Abstract

In the current higher education environment, student-led public welfare organizations play an important role, not only enhancing students' sense of social responsibility but also cultivating their leadership and teamwork skills. This study systematically evaluates the organizational structure and management models of existing public welfare organizations in universities and explores the applicability of flat, project-based, and network organizational models. The paper proposes a series of innovative management strategies aimed at improving the efficiency and impact of these organizations' activities.
