Industrial Heritage shows the historical appearance of a city’s or even a country's industrial culture, and it is the witness of urban development and urban civilization. Therefore, the value of protecting industrial heritage for the continuation of urban context is self-evident. This paper attempts to analyze the current situation and the dilemma of reusing industrial heritage of Huaxin Textile Factory in Tangshan City, sort out the composition of its urban context, and put forward a positive reuse planning strategy to provide a new research method and a perspective for the protection and inheritance of industrial cultural heritage.
