With the continuous progress of the level of science and technology and the continuous improvement of the recording process, the art of film and television dubbing ushered in a new opportunity for development.This paper discusses in detail the application of modern technology in the art of voiceover, such as audio recording and processing, speech synthesis, virtual reality and augmented reality technology.Its positive impact on the creation, dissemination and promotion of dubbing art is analyzed, including the improvement of sound quality and expressiveness, the innovation of creation means, and the broadening of dissemination channels.It also points out the challenges faced, such as the balance between technology and art, and technical thresholds.
