Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, this article explores the multi-level needs of elderly users and attempts to establish a theoretical model of their needs, in order to provide reference for future research. The study defined the multi-level needs of elderly users, analyzed and summarized relevant literature through qualitative research methods, formed a theoretical model of multi-level needs of elderly users, and demonstrated the rationality of the model.
