Abstract

This study systematically analyzes the common problems of cracks and bubbles in high-rise concrete structures of buildings. By exploring various factors that contribute to the formation of cracks, including material properties, construction techniques, and environmental impacts, the fundamental causes of bubble formation have been revealed. The study emphasizes the importance of monitoring and maintenance in extending the service life of concrete structures, and proposes prevention and control measures for different types of cracks and bubbles, including regular monitoring, scientific repair, and education and training. By establishing a comprehensive management mechanism, the aim is to improve the performance and economy of concrete structures, ensuring the safety and durability of buildings.
