Abstract

This paper reviewed the application and importance of transitional psycho-cardiovascular nursing in community cardiovascular patients. By analyzing the current research state of psycho-cardiovascular nursing, the authors pointed out the limitations of the research. Based on the requirements of a tiered diagnosis and treatment system, the need for prevention and control of psycho-cardiovascular disease, and the promotion of patient self-management, the paper proposed the need for transitional psycho-cardiovascular nursing in the community.
