Abstract

In addition to taking part in the national unified examination subjects, physical education students should take part in additional physical education examination. This is an important way for colleges and universities to recruit sports talents. With the national education reform, colleges and universities gradually expand the enrollment, the number of students participating in the physical education college entrance examination is also increasing. Whether there is a professional sports training knowledge system and the formulation of sports training plan is a widespread concern of coaches and players. This paper discusses the application of functional movement screening in the training of Pengze No.2 Middle School.
