Abstract

The digital application scenarios and the complex network attributes are creating new turning points for platform business models. Effectively acquiring and integrating data resources to fill the gaps in the resource control limits of platform enterprises is the foundation for constructing the business model of industrial internet platforms. Based on the theory of resource orchestration, this paper takes Shanghai Black Lake Network Technology Co., Ltd. as the research object. It deeply analyzes the network effects and scenario-driven innovation under the fusion and reconstruction of platform business model, aiming to provide theoretical and practical references for the high-quality growth of industrial internet platforms and the efficient implementation of the digital-physical integration strategy in China.
