With the cultural transformation of society, the development of digital technology, and the awakening of women's autonomy, contemporary women in the fashion industry are breaking through traditional role constraints and transforming their fashion influence into substantial business power. This study analyzes successful cases of music fashion icons like Rihanna, celebrity designers such as Victoria Beckham, and emerging market entrepreneurs like Wu Xiaobin, revealing the diversified transformation paths of female leaders. The research finds that their success stems from the strategic transformation of personal charisma, innovative thinking in business applications, unique leadership styles, and the wisdom of flexibly building business networks. These women have not only achieved commercial success but also broken gender barriers, setting an example for women with dreams and demonstrating how to shine in the business world through innovation and persistence.
