Microscopic Endodontic Therapy (MET) has significantly enhanced the efficacy and predictability of conventional root canal treatment through high-magnification visualization, precise illumination, and refined instrumentation, demonstrating revolutionary advantages in managing complex cases. This article systematically reviews recent advancements in MET technologies and their clinical applications, aiming to provide valuable insights for clinical practice and future research.
