The main purpose of this paper is to study and design the school document management system, which is convenient for unified management of school documents. Campus document management has been an important task for colleges and universities, through which all kinds of documents can be sorted out and consulted. Now the computer is playing a more and more important role in management. Computer management documents can save a lot of financial and human resources, which is conducive to document induction and sorting.
