Abstract

With the acceleration of urbanization, the intelligent management of community lighting facilities has become an important way to improve the quality of community living and energy utilization efficiency. Aiming at the problems existing in the community lighting system, this paper designs an intelligent street light control system based on STM32 microcontroller and NB-IoT communication technology. The system collects ambient light intensity and pedestrian information through light sensors and human infrared sensors to realize automatic dimming and remote monitoring functions of street lights, effectively reducing energy consumption and improving management efficiency. The experimental results show that the system can operate stably under different environmental conditions, the light intensity and street light brightness adjustment have a good linear relationship, the fault detection accuracy is high, and it has good application prospects and promotion value.
