Active classroom atmosphere, improve students' participation awareness, and carry out experimental research on interactive teaching method in speed skating teaching. The results show that: The new teaching method effectively enhances the independence and autonomy of students' learning and improves students' analytical problems. The ability to solve problems creates a good classroom atmosphere, which in turn ensures the overall quality of the teaching on the ice class.
