Abstract

Quality education is the goal of talent training in colleges and universities. In the process of talent training in colleges and universities, it is necessary to innovate the talent-training mode, improve the quality of personnel training, and train more high-quality physical education teachers for the basic education system in China. This paper mainly discusses the training of sports talents from the perspective of college physical education, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for reforming the training mode of talents.
