Therefore, all counties in Heilongjiang Province should scientifically choose the county economic development mode, combine the advantages of resources and historical basis, explore the new path of coordinated promotion of Rural Revitalization and high-quality development of county economy, so as to realize high-quality, balanced and sustainable development of rural economy.
