In this paper, the author analyzed the business idea: exotic pet hospital using different tools such as the five competitive forces, 4Ps and SWOT analysis. It includes the basic information of the company, the main people in the company, service description, research and development, industry and market, marketing strategy, product manufacturing, financial forecast, and risk control. Though it would lose money in the first year, in the third year, it would cover that loss and make a profit in the third year.
