Abstract

As the development of Internet and the increase in Internet users, online shopping becomes popular among the world. This essay will investigate one of the famous e-commerce companies in the world: eBay. We will identify its business model, marketing mix and some problems it faces. Thus, we could give suggestions to its further development.
