Abstract

Swimming is a popular sport among students and an important part of college physical education. Learning swimming can stimulate students' interest in physical fitness and cultivate students' awareness of lifelong physical education. However, in the actual swimming teaching, colleges and universities are faced with such major problems as poor practical ability of students, tight curriculum, insufficient differentiated teaching, lagging assessment standards and difficult teaching for female students. In order to comprehensively promote the rapid development of swimming teaching in colleges and universities and solve the difficulties faced by swimming teaching, through the methods of literature research and logical analysis, the difficulties of swimming teaching in colleges and universities are clarified, and the corresponding solutions are put forward according to the specific problems.
