Based on the new situation of the development of college education, people from all walks of life have begun to pay attention to the improvement of the overall physical quality of students. As a popular and fashionable sport, Taekwondo has been sought after and loved by many young students. The scientific and effective development of Taekwondo can play a role in strengthening the body, cultivating the body and mind, and promoting the overall development of college students’ sports learning. Therefore, modern colleges and universities should attach great importance to the innovation and reform of Taekwondo teaching, combine different factors that affect the teaching quality of this course, and take effective improvement measures in time to continuously improve the teaching level of Taekwondo. This article will further analyze and discuss the factors and countermeasures that affect the teaching quality in university Taekwondo teaching.
