Management of human resources is not only to introduce talents, but also to retain talents. In the human resource system, performance management is the core. This paper studies the performance management of XiaoGan new Gold-Stone company, then analyzes the current situation and existing problems of its performance management based on the survey results, and finally puts forward appropriate suggestions to improve its enterprise performance management.
