As is known to us, up to now, there is no uniform definite of CSR in the world, and different countries and regions have different understandings and interpretations. This term paper will discuss the different Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) issues that emerged within two multinationals (KFC and McDonald’s), which leads to some conclusions about what responsibilities those multinational companies should assume and how those measures will influence the industries.
