This article took the scientific and technological innovation policies implemented in Inner Mongolia as the research object, described the current situation and implementation effects of Inner Mongolia's scientific and technological innovation policies, and finally proposed countermeasures for Inner Mongolia of China to guide enterprises to increase investment in innovation.
