Abstract

The emergence of Web2.0 technology and the development of social media provide technical support for the establishment of social Q & A community. The rise and vigorous development of social Q & A community has also caused a wave of research on social Q & A community by scholars at home and abroad. Through reading the relevant literature at home and abroad, the author found that the research results of scholars at home and abroad mainly focused on the platform, technology, questions, answers and users.
