Abstract

As the foundation of the national governance system, grassroots communities carry important missions and responsibilities. In the face of sudden incidents, they put forward new directions and new propositions for advancing the modernization of the social governance system and governance capabilities, as well as improving the construction of social emergency management capabilities In particular, the improvement of the emergency management system and mechanism of the grassroots community has put forward new challenges and new requirements. This article adopts qualitative research methods through systematic research, and proposes a response strategy suitable for grassroots community public opinion under the emergency management system, hoping to provide useful reference and help for grassroots community governance.
