In order to understand the current situation of clinical probation in medical college, and the role and influence of internship on the ability training and professional attitude of medical students in the process of training, find problems and put forward improvement strategies. A total of 157 students of clinical medicine in Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine completed the effective questionnaire through current situation analysis and correlation analysis. The results show that reasonable and feasible internship content can improve the professional ability of medical students, the influence of the professional environment on the professional attitude of medical students, and other factors that affect the professional attitude of medical students. At the same time, it also exposed the problems of medical students' psychological pressure when they were on probation. It also reflected that the teachers would not treat the students differently because of the difference of students' theoretical knowledge reserves.
