The identification and management of financing risk is very important for enterprises to prevent and solve the financial risk.in the process of enterprise financing, to develop a financing plan in line with the development of the enterprise and a reasonable financing structure, timely identification of financing risks, and then to measure and control. this paper studies the financing risk of jilin liyuan precision manufacturing co., ltd.(liyuan refining for short), and then provides suggestions for liyuan refining to optimize the financing structure, manage the financing risk and get rid of the debt dilemma.[1]
