Abstract

In the analysis of teaching arrangements and flow of teachers, traditional manual analysis has problems such as insufficient data and low efficiency. In this paper, the ontology-based decision tree algorithm is used to establish an ontological attribute table, perform categorical data analysis, and use it in the university human resource management (UHRM). The experimental results have suggested the effectiveness of the ontology-based decision tree algorithm in the analysis of UHRM.
