Abstract

Tutors are also teachers, and tutor experiencing can contribute to teachers’ development to some extent. However, there’re few studies on tutors at home and abroad. This study takes self-narration as the research method and the author as the research object. It elaborates the author’s tutor experience and feelings from being a school English teacher to an English tutor. And the author analyzes some tutoring problems and proposes some advice for the student being tutored, the school teacher, the parents and other tutors as well.
