We should promote the construction and service of digital library resources in order to make further progress, being faced with the characteristics of users’ personalized requirement, subject diversification and mobile service. This paper analyzes the problems of the construction and service of digital library resources in universities at present, puts forward the countermeasures of platforms, resources and service innovation and rethinks how to improve users experience, facilitate social resource integration and take advantage of Internet platform.
