With the development of Internet technology, the network is constantly changing people's way of life, and philanthropy also began to enter the network. Using Internet and mobile Internet technology to design and implement charity intelligent donation service platform can make philanthropy face more public, make the public become the protagonist of charity and interact with the public. At the same time, it can also make charitable public welfare organizations serve donors and helpers better, and make the implementation of charitable public welfare organizations transparent and open.
