Abstract

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to give full play to the positive role of the rule of law in advancing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities, and promote the construction of the rule of law in socialism with Chinese characteristics. For some time now, the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic is sweeping across the country. In the process of epidemic prevention and control, the shortcomings of the rule of law in my country's rural society have been highlighted, especially in the field of rule of law in public health, which is facing many outstanding problems, which has led to a decline in the efficiency of epidemic prevention and control and the possibility of a rebound. Based on the specific situation of the construction of the rule of law in rural public health in my country under the background of epidemic prevention and control, this article explores and analyzes many existing problems and proposes feasible suggestions through extensive rural field investigations.
