In order to build the rural e-commerce and logistics distribution operation service system, this paper will carry out relevant research, mainly discuss the basic requirements of the system construction, and then put forward the construction scheme. The results show that the application of this system is limited, and it can give full play to the advantages of e-commerce. Combining with the two-way nature of logistics distribution, it can realize the purpose of increasing rural income on the one hand, and solve the online shopping needs of rural people on the other hand.
