Organizational identity has always been regarded as a bridge between employees and the company and a catalyst for employee performance. The article is based on the first-hand data collected in Shanghai. The results show that coaching leadership has a significant indirect impact on employee performance, and organizational identity plays a completely intermediary role in the process of coaching leadership’s impact on employee performance.
