Folk sports culture is mainly communicated and disseminated through folklore activities, sports programs, sports events, folk organizations, preservation and inheritance, modern media, ecological tourism, square culture and other ways and means. This paper focuses on three aspects: the general situation of the cross-boundary Hani (Akha) people, the current situation of folklore sports activities, and the strategies of cultural exchange and dissemination. Through the investigation and analysis of the exchange and dissemination of cross-boundary Hani (Akha) folk sports in Yunnan, the corresponding strategies in the exchange and dissemination of cross-boundary Hani (Akha) folk sports are proposed.
