Abstract

Catatonia is a severe, prevalent illness characterized by motor, emotional, behavioural and vegetative symptoms. The detection, diagnosis, and treatment of catatonia were investigated in this research using a middle-aged man patient with acute mental behaviour problem. According to the diagnosis and therapy, catatonia is hidden, which opens up new possibilities for future diagnosis and treatment.
