Abstract

At present, sub-health has become one of the most common physical conditions in the world, and its incidence is higher in the young population. Improving sub-health has become one of the most important issues to be addressed worldwide. It has been found that TCM exercise therapy is more acceptable than drug therapy in improving sub-health because of its long-lasting effect and less side effects.
