Ideological and political education and quality training are important parts of college education, which play an important role in cultivating outstanding young people with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor. In particular, under the background of multi-cultural development, college students must have sound ideological and moral qualities and political thoughts, so as to thrive under the impact of multi-culture. This paper analyzes the significance of university ideological and political education to the cultivation of college students' quality, and puts forward specific measures to strengthen university ideological and political education to cultivate college students' quality.
