Abstract

To analyse the annual report of Meridian Energy Limited (MEZ) in 2018 (i.e. the financial report, director’s report and auditor’s report), identify the particular information provided to satisfy the various disclosure requirements contained in the Corporations Act 2001 and the AASB accounting standards. Most importantly, this article analyses this information from the perspective of the users of accounting information.
