Abstract

With the popularisation of modern information technology such as artificial intelligence, big data and cloud computing, on-demand production and even on-demand distribution have become possible, promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas, the transformation of old and new dynamics, and the digital economy is flourishing. Based on the construction of rural information infrastructure, informatization, digitization and networking are important carriers to realize the digitization of rural industries, dataization of governance, informatization of services and wisdom of life, reconstruct the modern economic development form of rural areas and create a new model of rural governance informatization.
