Based on Huang Yuan-Yu's theory of "pivotal movement", the mechanism of menstrual regulation in women of childbearing age was investigated. It is suggested that the spleen-liver-rush-rush-uterus is the key axis of menstrual regulation in women of childbearing age, and the existing theory that the kidney-tiankui-rush-rush-uterus is the main axis of menarche and menopause in women.
