Research on Human Resource Loss in Hotel Industry

Abstract

With the rapid development of Chinese current tourism, hotels are facing more and more challenges from the international market. The higher-service-standard requirements for all the stars-level hotels, which is forcing the local hotels to grow. But compared with the rising of service quality, local hotels’ human resources losing problem is increasing prominently. This paper aims to figure out the problems of human resource loss in our hotels and put forward some suggestions.
