As an important part of enterprise culture, business ethics have gradually become a key factor in promoting enterprise growth and enhancing core competitiveness. Firstly, this paper expounds the importance of business ethics construction to enterprise development from the connotation of business ethics. Then, the problems of business ethics construction are discussed and analyzed. Finally, the main measures of business ethics construction are summarized.
