Analysis on Influencing Factors of Communication Effect of Government New-Media--Based on Case Analysis of Outstanding Government TIKTOK Accounts

Abstract

Short video is one of the most popular social media today. Government short video has become an emerging point and focus of new government media after government Microblog and WeChat. Government agencies at all levels successively register account on various short video platforms, but We can find the performance of each government account is quite different. This study selects 7 government accounts which have performed well in different fields on TIKTOK and analyses the most popular videos from the aspects of type, theme, time and so on. We try to find some general principles from the particularity of those short videos they released, so as to improve the performance of the government accounts on the short video platform.
