Abstract

With the development of high-tech industries, artificial intelligence has gradually entered the life of the general public, providing convenience for human beings in different fields. In addition, artificial intelligence has also brought about some legal issues, which have aroused discussions in the jurisprudence. Whether AI can assume legal responsibility as a complete legal subject in tort cases, how to allocate tort liability between producers and users of AI in tort cases and how to improve the relevant legal system in the face of these problems are all difficult issues that need to be resolved in practice. In the 21st century, with the rapid development of technology, these issues must be properly addressed to maintain the uniformity of application of the law in judicial practice.
