Chinese medicine is the great creation of the Chinese nation and the treasure of ancient Chinese science, having a positive impact on the civilization progress of Chinese nation and even the world. In modern times, the application of the information technology and information systems project management to the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) industry, and the integration of the connotation of scientific and standardized, effective, practical characteristics into each stage of the development elements of TCM industry will help to breakthrough the bottleneck of the of TCM industry development, and promote the development of TCM industry with high quality.
