In this paper we focus on the importance of the construction of the characteristic resource library of Doctoral Dissertations and Master’s Theses written in Mongolian of Inner Mongolia Normal University, and analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by the construction of the characteristic resources of university libraries combined with the characteristics of the era of big data, and puts forward some countermeasures.
