E-commerce plays a significant role in promoting China's economic development, and the development of E-commerce is also an important part of China's industrial transformation. This paper studies the importance and employment orientation of e-commerce talents training, and puts forward scientific countermeasures for e-commerce talents training, hoping to provide information for e-commerce talents training and promote the healthy and long-term development of China's e-commerce industry.
