As a typical kind of gratuitous contract, gift contract is an important part of the contract section of our civil code. The right of revocation in the gift contract is an important part of the gift system, and it also gives the donor a certain right of estoppel in law. However, due to the imperfect provisions of our laws on the right of arbitrary revocation, and the different legislations of various countries on whether to establish the right of arbitrary revocation in the gift contract, it is necessary to discuss the necessity of our country on the right of arbitrary revocation in the gift contract and study the improvement methods of this system.
