Based on the five subsystems of Rural Revitalization, the evaluation system is constructed, the entropy method is used to measure the development level of Rural Revitalization in China from 2013 to 2020, and the Tobit model is used to analyze the influencing factors. The study shows that the development level of Rural Revitalization in China has been steadily improving, showing a decreasing development pattern in the eastern, northeast, central and western regions, and the "catch-up effect" in the western region is significant. Government support, technological progress, infrastructure and education level have a significant positive impact on Rural Revitalization and development.
