Study on the External Environment and Countermeasures of China's Dairy Industry—Based on PESTEL Model

Abstract

The dairy industry, which also complements people's livehood well, is one of the important parts in China's economy. In recent years, along with the rapid ascension of the national economic level, China's dairy industry has achieved high-quality development. However, it is worrying that dairy enterprises are difficult to get rid of the inherent limitations of the industry in the process of operation, which will bring challenges to its development greatly in the future. This paper will start with the basic situation of China's dairy industry, and then use PESTEL model to analyze the external factors related to the development of dairy enterprises. To solve these potential problems comprehensively, some corresponding suggestions will be put forward in the end.
